This APC applies equally to all authors worldwide, providing a fair and transparent system that supports our commitment to open access while keeping costs significantly lower than most international publishers.

Why We Charge an APC of 500 USD

We believe in complete transparency regarding how APC funds are utilized.
The APC is collected solely to cover essential publishing and infrastructure costs, including:

  1. Editorial workflow management
  2. Professional peer-review coordination
  3. Metadata creation and maintenance
  4. Indexing, archiving, and repository inclusion
  5. XML/HTML/PDF production for global discoverability
  6. Digital preservation and DOI registration
  7. Website maintenance and publishing platform support

VJQBB does not impose excessive or profit-driven fees.
Our APC is intentionally kept affordable and accessible to support researchers, especially early-career scientists and scholars from developing regions.

No Submission Fees or Hidden Charges

While an APC is charged only after acceptance, we do not charge authors at any other stage.
This includes:

  4. No color figure fees
  5. No page charges
  6. No withdrawal penalties

Authors pay only one fee, and only after peer-review confirms acceptance.
