For Authors
Virosa Publishing is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity, scientific rigor, and global accessibility across all its journals. To support this mission, clear expectations are set for authors, reviewers, and editorial board members. The following guidelines ensure a smooth and ethical publishing experience while promoting transparent scholarly communication.
Instructions for Authors
Authors submitting to Virosa Publishing journals are expected to prepare and present their manuscripts with accuracy, originality, and professionalism. All submissions must be written in English and should follow the journal-specific format, including clear sections such as Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion. Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format, and authors should ensure that the text, figures, and tables meet quality standards suitable for academic publishing.
Research submitted must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. All manuscripts undergo plagiarism screening, and authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their work and proper citation of all referenced materials. Ethical approval must be obtained for studies involving human participants, animals, or sensitive data, and authors must include the relevant statements on ethics compliance, consent, and conflict of interest.
Authors retain full copyright to their published work and articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) license. This permits unrestricted reuse, distribution, and adaptation, provided that appropriate credit is given to the authors and Virosa Publishing. Upon acceptance, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of 500 USD is applicable, supporting editorial workflows, peer-review management, digital preservation, metadata generation, indexing, DOI registration, and long-term hosting.
Authors can track the progress of their submission throughout the editorial process and will receive constructive feedback following peer review.
Support is available at all stages, and any queries regarding formatting, submission, or technical issues may be directed to [email protected]
Instructions for Reviewers
Peer reviewers play a critical role in ensuring the quality, integrity, and scientific soundness of all published content. Reviewers selected for Virosa Publishing journals are expected to provide fair, unbiased, and timely evaluations of submitted manuscripts. The peer review process is conducted under a double-blind model, ensuring that neither the authors nor the reviewers know each other’s identities, thus maintaining objectivity and transparency.
Reviewers should assess the originality, methodology, ethical compliance, relevance, and clarity of each manuscript. The review should include constructive comments aimed at improving the manuscript, not only identifying weaknesses but also suggesting ways to enhance scientific clarity, coherence, and impact. Confidentiality is essential; reviewers must not share, discuss, or use any part of the manuscript before publication.
Conflicts of interest must be disclosed immediately. Reviewers unable to complete the evaluation within the assigned timeframe should inform the editorial office promptly so that alternative arrangements can be made. The contribution of reviewers is instrumental in maintaining high editorial standards, and Virosa Publishing highly values the expertise and professionalism they bring to the scholarly review process.
Instructions for Editorial Board Members
Editorial Board Members represent the intellectual foundation of Virosa Publishing. Their responsibilities include maintaining the scholarly quality of the journal, guiding editorial strategy, promoting journal visibility, and ensuring adherence to ethical publishing standards. Board members are expected to contribute their expertise in manuscript evaluation, reviewer selection, policy development, and strategic growth of the journal.
Editorial Board Members may be invited to review submissions within their field and assist in making informed editorial decisions based on reviewer reports, scientific merit, and the journal’s scope. They are also responsible for ensuring that all published work upholds the highest standards of research integrity, methodological rigor, and ethical compliance. Board members are encouraged to promote the journal within their research networks, support special issues, and contribute editorials or invited articles when possible.
Confidentiality and impartiality are essential throughout the editorial workflow. Members must avoid handling manuscripts where conflicts of interest exist and must maintain transparency in all editorial duties. Virosa Publishing values the leadership of its Editorial Board Members and recognizes their essential role in shaping the reputation, impact, and academic excellence of each journal under its umbrella.
