Adult cord-blood transplantation remains constrained by the viable hematopoietic progenitor dose recovered after thaw, whereas bulk viability alone can obscure selective preservation or enrichment of the CD34-positive compartment. Q-ANASTASIS advances thaw-media evaluation through an integrated dose-centric and reproducibility-focused framework combining run-level flow-cytometric validation, database-scale virtual screening, Fubini-Study evidence geometry, classical diffusion, continuous-time quantum-walk (CTQW) transport, restart-stabilized MQWalk, and fixed-seed modified black-hole algorithm (MBHA) optimization. Five principal thaw conditions were compared using the effective progenitor payload \(P=S\times\eta\). ANASTASIS1 provided the reference (93.7% viability, 0.20% HPC, \(P=0.001874\)); ANASTASIS5 achieved the highest payload gain (5.79-fold), ANASTASIS9 the strongest survival uplift (+5.9 percentage points; 3.56-fold gain), and ANASTASIS10 a high-performing hybrid profile (4.35-fold gain; +4.5 percentage points), demonstrating a clear dose-centric rank separation beyond viability-only assessment. Five Vitrifilaq/Stemorilaq databases contributed 1,658 screening records representing 840 unique DrugBank identifiers, including 41 candidates recurring across all five contexts. Robust evidence-state normalization generated a Fubini-Study graph with median nonzero distance \(\sigma=1.2558\). Vitrifilaq II showed the strongest upper-tail screening profile and remained the leading context across matched diffusion, CTQW, and MQWalk operators. Fixed-seed MBHA assigned diffusion/CTQW/MQWalk/source-stability weights of 0.2239/0.2239/0.2239/0.3282. Major methodological strengthening included explicit preprocessing, frozen parameters, convergence tracking, optimizer ablation, equal-weight controls, Borda aggregation, reciprocal-rank fusion, and perturbation testing. At \(\sigma=0.10\), top-context retention reached 0.9994 for MBHA and 0.9995 for equal weighting. Q-ANASTASIS therefore provides a quantitatively strengthened, auditable, and reproducible framework for progenitor-aware thaw ranking and formulation prioritization.
